Visit to match your health history and goals with menopause care to help you live your life! Kara is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner who has experienced the menopause journey and understands the impacts on your life.

No matter where you are on your gender journey; on figuring out your goals to receiving treatment to changing your treatment goals, Kara has provided gender care for 15 years, following WPATH guidelines.

Ages 18+ hormonal therapy

Quick visit with targeted history to get you on the road with a year prescription for pill, patch, ring or Depo to fill at your pharmacy with insurance coverage or self-pay. Also includes consult for folks not sure which contraception method they desire. Unable to provide the Implant or IUD in office at this time.

Services for ages 14+, and 12+ with parental consent

Full scope S&RH health care. Schedule this visit for problem focused assessments with exam for issues like Vaginitis (BV, yeast), testicular pain or UTI diagnosis and treatment.

Pain with sex or lost your mojo? If not associated with menopause, start with this visit.

Receive PrEP, PeP prescriptions, preventative and STI screening guidance

Period challenges? PCOS consults, menstruation questions and concerns.

Not sure what is going on with your body and would like help putting the puzzle together? During the visit review the puzzle pieces- labs, imaging and previous provider visits and/or add additional testing to help figure out your body’s health puzzle and feeling healthier!

Aging medical needs can be complex for you and your loved ones. Coordinating treatment between providers can be exhausting, with providers giving conflicting advice and treatments, with no improvement to health.
Kara will help you figure out the puzzle pieces to advocate effectively for you or your loved ones by assessing medical history, labs and medications to help put a plan together and connect with community resources.

Additional Services: Palliative and Hospice Care guidance, Advance Directive planning. Develop plans to focus on safety, function and health goals so you can focus on healthy living!
